AHS Staffing is pleased to announce the addition of Dan Powers as Vice President of PediaStaff, where he will lead our school-based division and help strengthen our growing national footprint. Dan joins us with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience across healthcare and workforce solutions, bringing a depth of knowledge that will further elevate PediaStaff’s impact in the market.

Dan began his career as a recruiter, giving him firsthand understanding of the fast-paced, relationship-driven nature of our industry. His early experience laid the foundation for a leadership philosophy centered on resilience, responsiveness, and service. These values align strongly with our mission at AHS Staffing.

Over the course of his career, Dan has earned recognition for operational excellence and has a proven record of driving strategic growth. His experience includes:

- Leading large, geographically dispersed recruiting, sales, and client-delivery teams

- Managing major P&Ls, including overseeing a division exceeding $65 million while consistently maintaining strong revenue and gross profit performance

- Expanding operational footprints across 13 states and securing high-value contractual partnerships and MSAs

- Executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, strengthen client relationships, and support long-term organizational growth
